Purchased Items will be shipped within two to five business days.

Outside of the USA cost shall be determined.

Return & Exchange Policy

Hooked on Animals Shop offers a full refund of your order within 30 days of purchase if for any reason you’re not satisfied.

The item must be returned in its original package.

Returned items must have no visible signs of use.
Any return shipping fee must be paid by the customer.
Refund will be paid upon receiving returned item.
